1.     This site reserves the right to accept or refuse any player or account registration.


2.     Account holders are responsible for all activity in regards to their account.


3.     This site is intended for the “Recreational Player Only”, any player that is found “abusing any rule or regulation”, “Professional Bettors”, ''Gaming BOT software'', “Syndicates”, or any Person betting “Steam Plays” or “Moves” will be subject to have their account suspended.


4.     In the case of an obvious error on the posted line or schedule time, any bad wagers will be deemed as ''NO ACTION'' wager and all money will be credited accordingly.


5.     If a Player received a previous warning in regards to incorrect Line Wagering or if the player is in collusion with other players to take greater advantage of the mistake, all wagers will be cancelled and the players will be subject to have their account(s) suspended.


6.     When wagering on the Internet, players are solely responsible for their own account transactions. Please be sure to review your wagers for any mistakes before sending them in. Once a transaction is complete, it cannotbe changed. This site do not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers made by the client and will not entertain discrepancy requests because a play is missing or duplicated. Clients may review their wagers in the Open Wagers section of the site after each session to ensure all requested wagers were accepted correctly. 


7.     After wagers are placed by telephone, the phone clerk will immediately repeat back the wagers given. If a client confirms a read back where the telephone clerk made a mistake, It is the responsibility ofthe client to correct any errors during the read back.


8.     The above mentioned policy is meant as a guideline. The policy is subject to change by Management.
